Cahuita - August 2009

Cahuita - Costa Rica: We stayed at a very nice place called Bluspirit Bungalows - run by a man named Tito and his wife. Otto and his family stayed here a couple of years ago when they were touring Costa Rica in celebration of his parent's 50th wedding anniversary. This is a view from the shoreline at this resort. This place didn't have a swimable beach but there were a few nearby. The one we liked was less than a 10 minute walk away.
Tito built this boat to take his guests (and others) on snorkeling and fishing tours. I love laundry shots! I've decided to start a portfolio of them.

Otto is taking a siesta at our bungolow which happened to be the last bungalow before the shoreline...so, we had a fantastic view of the ocean and continuous fresh breezes wafting unimpeded into our temporary domicile! And the sound of the rain on the metal roof was quite soothing.
Hmmm, just a photo of me walking ...

... and another of me checking my camera.
