More Cahuita

Oops...I guess I like this one! I seem to have posted it twice & I don't think I can delete just one photo from the group. Oh well. Thanks again Jessi for the FUN shades!
The ocean awaits ...oh, for those of you who might not know: Otto is holding one of his own creations - he made the surfboard!!! I got more 'water' lessons on this beach. I wanted to know how the currents flowed, as specifically as possible, when a wave was forming and when it crashed (of course there are many variables). Otto drew diagrams in the sand explaining the basics. It was quite interesting and was quite functional in that it alleviated some fear of the unknowns for me.

Another shot of the bungalows.
The mini kitchen unit! This was a new structure that was very convenient to have available. We bought groceries and thus were able to have simple breakfasts and lunches at the bungalow - mainly fresh fruits and veggies, coffee, and Imperial (Costa Rican beer).

The house on the left (in the background) is where the owner and his family live and the unit on the right was being rented by a man for a couple of months (it has a kitchen in it). The road and entrance to Bluspirit is behind the main house.
